text_size=&#8221;h3&#8243;]PREPARATION FOR THE INSTALLATION[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;838567&#8243;]ASSESSMENT OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF THE CHANNEL<\/p>\n<p>Prior to renovation, the pipeline is cleaned using the hydrodynamic method &#8211; a channel cleaning device mounted on a truck.\u00a0The pipeline is then inspected with a remotely controlled camera.\u00a0Analysis of the channel inspection video is the basis for a detailed computer report on the technical condition of the pipeline.\u00a0Based on the data from the report, a given channel is classified.<\/p>\n<p>SELECTION OF REPAIR METHOD<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the degree of damage or destruction of the sewer and its classification into a given group, the type of sewer renovation technique is selected.\u00a0After assessing the technical condition of the canal, an analysis of geodetic data, groundwater height in relation to the foundation of the canal, traffic load and other factors affecting the selection of parameters of the lining used should be carried out.<\/p>\n<p>STORAGE AND TRANSPORT TO THE CONSTRUCTION SITE<\/p>\n<p>The lining made of segment pipes is delivered to the storage yard and from there, in appropriate batches, transported to the construction site.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8221;h3&#8243; text_size=&#8221;h3&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;572907&#8243;]LINING INSTALLATION[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;889643&#8243;]Individual renovation segments are fed into the repaired sewer through the existing manholes (applies to segments up to 0.5 m long and up to DN 600 mm in diameter) or through an assembly trench, with dimensions adapted to their size, using a crane with a load capacity adapted to the weight of the segment.<br \/>\nThen, manually, using a slide or a suitable trolley, it is moved to the assembly site.\u00a0The connection is made by means of a gasket placed in the cup.\u00a0It should be performed centrically, along the axis of the pipeline.<br \/>\nSegments of the renovation lining with dimensions smaller than 500 mm can be joined using hand tools and devices.\u00a0For larger dimensions, use levers, hand winches or presses.\u00a0Care must be taken to ensure that the segment surfaces in the connection area are protected from damage during connection.\u00a0Forces must not be applied pointwise to the ends of bare segments.<br \/>\nBefore connecting, check the necessary depth of insertion of the spigot end into the socket and mark it around the circumference of the pipe end.\u00a0Only full insertion of the bare end of the segment into the socket ensures permanent tightness of the connection.\u00a0The sockets have high values \u200b\u200bof pressure on the sealing elements, therefore mechanical devices should be used when connecting.<br \/>\nBefore making the connection, each segment should be properly prepared by cleaning, drying and degreasing the socket and the bare end on which the gasket is applied.\u00a0In the case of glued joints, the glue is applied with a suitable tool, e.g. a brush, while its excess can be wiped off with a cloth or a scraper.<br \/>\nThe reaction time depends on the type of glue used and the outside temperature.\u00a0Always follow the adhesive manufacturer&#8217;s instructions.<\/p>\n<p>INCLUSION OF THE HOUSEWAY &#8211; FOR MANHOLE SEWERS<br \/>\nAt the point where the house drain is connected to the lining made of segment pipes, make a hole using a pneumatic hole saw, and then use a pneumatic jigsaw to cut a hole in the light of the house drain.\u00a0Then, the following should be done:<br \/>\n\u2013 a packer with a length of 1000 mm in the lateral drain<br \/>\n\u2013 connection of the packer with the segment pipe by means of lamination.<br \/>\nThe surfaces to be laminated should be dry, degreased and free of any contamination.\u00a0Work should be carried out at an air temperature not lower than 10 0C and air humidity lower than 70% (for this purpose, ventilation should be ensured using duct fans).<\/p>\n<p>INJECTION<\/p>\n<p>The injection will be carried out in &#8220;n&#8221; stages, on sections from well to well.\u00a0In the lower chamber, the space between the existing sewer and the segment pipe should be sealed;\u00a0at levels 1\/n;\u00a01\/n +1\/n;&#8230; build control tubes, and place a stub for injection at the highest point.\u00a0At the highest point of sealing the upper chamber, install a vent pipe, allowing free air outflow, and a connector for injection.<br \/>\nThe mortar must be injected under pressure that will not exceed the permissible buckling stresses, i.e. crushing of the pipes.\u00a0This is very important when rehabilitating large diameter pipes with low ring stiffness.\u00a0When filling the space between the pipes, struts should be used inside the segment lining, which prevents its deformation as a result of injection pressure.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8221;h3&#8243; text_size=&#8221;h3&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;904192&#8243;]CONTROL[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;337303&#8243;]TV INSPECTION<\/p>\n<p>After the installation and opening of the drains, an acceptance TV inspection is performed with recording on DVD or other storage media.\u00a0At the same time, an inspection report is drawn up.<\/p>\n<p>TESTS<\/p>\n<p>According to PN-EN ISO 11296-1, PN-EN 13566-5 and PN-EN 1610[\/vc_column_text][uncode_list][\/uncode_list][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_separator sep_color=&#8221;color-gyho&#8221;][vc_custom_heading sub_lead=&#8221;yes&#8221; subheading=&#8221;Renovation technologies using segment pipes are recommended for channels with a complicated and non-standard cross-section due to the possibility of producing modules of any shape and size.
